Britannia Good Day Onam Contest Eligible for:

- Demanding of ID Proof is a part of the evaluation process and it does not mean that the entry has been finalized or the participant has been selected or that the Prize is guaranteed.

Winners Selection of Good Day Onam Contest
- Winners will be selected from the entries received every day between 10:00AM to 10:00PM only. Any entry before or after the given time frame will not be considered.
- Winners are selected basis the creativity and quirkiness of the taglines provided by the Participants. The Winner shall be eligible to win the Prize, subject to submission of a valid Government ID Proof (Aadhar Card) with residential address in Kerala and satisfaction of other terms and conditions herein.
- Campaign Site will be ready from 20th August 2024. Winners for the promo will be selected starting from 25th August 2024 every day from the entries received between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- The decision of Britannia/ Agency shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Britannia/ Agency shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of the selection of Winners.
- Britannia/ Agency shall, at all times, have the right to exercise its discretion on the selection of Winners, in order to ensure equity and fairness for all Participants, as per the Terms and Conditions.
Prizes Details of Britannia Good Day Onam Contest
- The Winner shall be eligible for a 1 gram 22 carat gold coin.
- Every winner shall be eligible for only one Prize. However, the participant can send multiple entries for the Contest.
- All taxes and charges applicable on the Prize shall be borne by the Winner.
- Agency will attempt to reach out to the winner up to 3 times over a call to collect KYC. If a winner fails to submit the documents within 24 hours of communication from Agency, they will be disqualified from the list and new winners will be selected.
- Winner will be finalized only after submission of the image of the Product pack and submission of other verification information/ details as required by Agency/ Britannia. Failure to submit valid documents including Product packs shall disqualify the Winner and new Winner will be selected.
- Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
- In areas where courier services are not available, the Prize will be sent via Speed Post/Registered AD and all confirmed winners would be required to abide by applicable rules and regulations for the same.
- The Prize will be given to the confirmed winners or the person available at the address provided, in the event the confirmed winner is not available.
- In the event that the Prize is sent by courier, the courier shall ask the confirmed winner or the person available at the address provided to sign the acknowledgement receipt as a proof of receipt of the Prizes, without which the Prizes will not be handed over.
